Process Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project activities, improving operational processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion while ensuring timely delivery and organizational alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather feedback and resolve process-related challenges.
• Assist in developing, documenting, and maintaining standard operating procedures and process workflows.
• Ensure high standards of accuracy in documentation, reporting, and process execution.
• Handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, identifying opportunities to improve timelines and workflow efficiency.
• Detect process gaps, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional integrity and uphold ethical standards in all activities.
• Deliver excellent internal and external customer support to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Adapt effectively to organizational changes and support smooth process transitions.
• Align process improvement initiatives with long-term organizational strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
