We are looking for a proactive Process Coordinator to manage and drive our organizational processes efficiently. The candidate will follow up with staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and escalate any delays to the MD.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and monitor processes to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Follow up with team members regularly to ensure work is done as per deadlines.
Escalate delays or issues to the MD for resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience as a coordinator.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of Excel.
Female candidates preferred.
Residing within 45 minutes travel distance from the office.
