Job Description

Job Title: Process Coordinator (Wedding Orders & Follow-up)
Company: Sweet Line
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all wedding sweet orders from booking to final delivery.
Follow up with clients regarding order details, delivery schedules, and feedback.
Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
Ensure quality control standards and packaging requirements are met as per client expectations.
Maintain records of all wedding orders, follow-up reports, and client communications.
Handle last-minute changes or customer issues efficiently.
Report daily order status and updates to management.

Job Benefits:

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Monthly Off: 04 days
Bonus: 25% annually
Service Duration: 10 months regular service
Annual Increment: 8% – 10%
Facilities: 01-time meal and pick & drop service provided by the company

Preferred Candidate:

Local candidate preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in sweets or FMCG line will be an advantage

Location: On-site (Sweet Line Factory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
