Process Coordinator

As a Process Coordinator, your primary responsibility will involve analyzing existing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. You will be tasked with developing and implementing process improvement initiatives, utilizing data and feedback to refine processes, conducting process audits, and making recommendations. It will also be part of your role to document processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for better organizational efficiency. In addition, you will act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among teams. You will be required to resolve process issues and coordinate with teams to streamline workflows. Providing training and support to team members on process improvements will also be a key aspect of your job. This position requires at least 1 year of experience as a Process Coordinator and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for a minimum of 2 years. The work location for this role is in person. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The schedule consists of day shift, fixed shift, and morning shift. Additionally, performance bonus and yearly bonus are provided.
