Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Process Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of daily operations. The role involves coordinating with team members, following up on assigned tasks, and ensuring timely completion of work as per company processes. The Process Coordinator will also be responsible for escalating any delays or issues directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various departments and team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Follow up with staff regularly to track progress and maintain accountability.
• Identify process gaps and escalate delays or challenges to the Managing Director.
• Maintain reports and data using MS Excel and other internal systems.
• Support the team in day-to-day operational coordination and communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (any stream).
• 0–2 years of experience in a coordination or similar role (freshers are welcome).
• Strong follow-up and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google sheets and basic computer applications.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Must be living within 45 minutes of travel time from the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
