Good knowledge in Claims Adjudication - US healthcare

With Basic Competency Level:

1. Excellent interpersonal skills

2. Ability to understand and interpret policy provisions.

3. Product knowledge

4. Typing Skills

5. Problem Solving Skills

Education, Experience and Flexibility:

  • Under-Graduate or Any Graduate
  • Minimum of 1 2 years of Customer Service experience.

Flexible to work in US Shifts with rotational week offs.
