Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Process Coordinator to support and streamline daily operations by regularly following up with various teams, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and maintaining process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of daily tasks
  • Follow up with team members on pending work, delays, or escalations
  • Maintain and update daily task reports and trackers
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining timelines
  • Support in documenting processes and tracking task status
  • Escalate issues to the reporting manager when required
  • Ensure smooth workflow and communication between teams

Required Skills:

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and task tracking tools
  • Attention to detail and good organizational ability
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
  • FOLLOW UPS: 1 year (Required)
