Process Checker

If you are a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in Process Engineering, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Process Checker in Vadodara. This role involves reviewing and validating engineering deliverables in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals sector to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing Process Engineering deliverables such as P&IDs, PFDs, cause & effect diagrams, and process data sheets. You will need to ensure that all engineering documentation aligns with client specifications and regulatory standards, while also identifying discrepancies or errors and coordinating with the engineering team for timely corrections. Additionally, you will provide technical input and guidance to junior engineers during design and review phases, maintain a checklist-based approach for document verification and quality control, and support audits and technical reviews as required by the project. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent and have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Process Engineering within the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industries. Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and workflows such as HYSYS, Aspen, etc., as well as a strong knowledge of international codes and standards (API, ASME, etc.), will be essential.
