Charge posting, eligibility verification, claim filing, denial management, appeal process, quality control. Address and resolve billing and claim related issues. Required Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience as Team Leader in a similar industry for the Team Leader role. Minimum 3 years of experience in US Medical Billing/RCM for the Subject Matter Expert role. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in US Medical Billing/RCM for the Senior Process Associates role. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Very good analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have good communication skills.
