Process associate

Job description:

Receive the instruction from the requestor. Perform pre-processing checks. Extract the necessary information from sources request as per the SOP. Collate the data as required and inform the requestor about the completion.

Typical Job Duties:

o Perform activities related to the process

o Accurately following given instructions / procedures

o Work closely with internal colleagues and other team members to maximize performance

o Executing tasks at good speed & accurately

o Self-analysis on completion of allocated tasks and reporting sign off for the day

Skills required:

o Knowledge about banking products

o good typing skills

o Good MS Excel skills

o General processing skills – Accuracy, completeness, focus on detail, speed, ability to follow defined process steps, attention to detail, ability to know / understand the expectation

Qualification:

Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in a Business/Finance/Accounting related field)

Knowledge/Experience requisite:

o 2 – 4 years of experience in Banking and Financial domain with hands on experience in Banking products like account opening, customer servicing, Deceased Processing, Financial processing BACS, CHAPS, and Cheque

Shift of operations: Flexibility to work in any shift as needed
