Job Role: Process Associate-Webchat

Job Location: PUNE

Experience required:

• Undergraduate / Graduate with 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
• Customer service experience in voice, webchat or emails (specifically insurance

would be preferred though not)

(Note: If undergraduate, then preferably 1-year of experience in international voice/chat

process)

Job Requirement:

• Any full-time graduate (10+2+3)(10+2)
• Immediate joiners/30 Days Notice/60 Days Notice
• Should be open to working in rotational shifts & on weekends.
• Mode of Salary credit should be through banks from all the employers (No cash in hand)
• All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.

Skill Requirement:

• Excellent Communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target oriented environment
• Good team player
• Ability to Multitask
• Typing speed of 35 wpm
• Possess effective problem solving skills and have the ability to deliver timely resolution.
• Should be customer centric and be focused on delivering excellence

• To provide good quality customer service and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• To offer assistance to customers and provide FCR.
• Meet targets like Quality, CSAT, AHT, Compliance, Attendance & Adherence.
• Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as

company policies and procedures.
