Process Associate

As an Operations Executive, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination between travel agents and DMCs, managing systems, and helping us build a reliable and responsive platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations between travel agents and international DMC partners
• Process and track quotations, bookings, and confirmations
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups across stakeholders
• Maintain accuracy of data in systems and dashboards
• Work closely with sales, tech, and support teams to resolve queries
• Support onboarding of new DMCs and agent partners
• Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• A go-getter attitude with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic Excel knowledge and proper email etiquette; tech-friendly mindset
• Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive tasks
• Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome)
• Interest or prior experience in the travel/tourism industry is a plus.
