We are currently seeking applications for the position of Process Associate/Process Developer focusing on P&C Insurance. In this role, you will oversee team management and service level targets for the P&C Insurance Business. You will play a key role in aligning team goals with business objectives and ensuring their effective implementation across all associates. Additionally, you will lead talent identification and development initiatives within the team. As a Process Associate/Process Developer, you will be required to possess a deep understanding of business goals and challenges and demonstrate proficiency in leveraging analytics and technology to address them effectively. Your responsibilities will include setting up submission cases for underwriter review, booking premiums as per underwriter requests, preparing policy drafts, and sharing final policy documents with brokers. You must be adept in English communication, both written and verbal, and exhibit the ability to manage varying workloads efficiently to meet targets and deadlines. Qualifications we are looking for in potential candidates include a minimum degree of Any Graduate (Except Tech Background). Previous work experience in insurance/underwriting is preferred. If you are passionate about operations, possess strong analytical skills, and are eager to contribute to the P&C Insurance sector, we invite you to join us as a Process Associate.
