Job Description: As an Order Management Specialist at HCL, your role will involve processing simple to complex orders and handling client inquiries with high accuracy and efficiency. You will be required to use deductive reasoning to make sound business decisions, follow best practices, and collaborate with multiple teams to complete tasks. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company and business policies, administer all open sales orders, and manage the internal order-to-cash processes for multiple products. It is essential to learn and process all products offered by the company.
