Process Associate Insurance

Job Description: As a Process Associate in the Insurance department at Mohali location, your primary responsibility will be to handle insurance-related processing tasks including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and basic client coordination. You will work with insurance documentation, maintain compliance timelines, and ensure accurate data entry across systems. Key Responsibilities: - Process new insurance business, renewals, and endorsements across various insurance categories such as Home and Contents, Private Motor, Business Insurance, and Commercial Property. - Issue Certificates of Currency (COC) and other relevant policy documents. - Follow up via email for pending documentation or clarifications. - Maintain pre-renewal timelines and ensure accurate processing through insurance platforms. Compliance & Documentation: - Ensure documentation aligns with internal compliance policies. - Assist in collecting and organizing basic compliance documents like COC and LOA. - Update records and trackers as per internal workflow requirements. Software & Tools Exposure: - Proficiency in Zoho CRM for policy and contact management. - Experience with Insight for quoting and policy processing. - Utilize Outlook for professional email communication. - Familiarity with SharePoint for document access and storage. - Knowledge of Sunrise and SCTP platforms is a plus. Required Skills: - Basic understanding of general insurance processes. - Strong communication and email etiquette. - Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures. - Effective time management skills to meet deadlines. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment.
