Job Description

The Process Associate – Healthcare is responsible for processing healthcare-related transactions and data with accuracy and efficiency. This role supports daily operational tasks such as claims processing, medical billing, data entry, and patient/member account updates. The associate ensures adherence to healthcare regulations and internal guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter, verify, and process healthcare data including patient information, insurance details, and medical claims. Review and process medical claims according to client-specific policies and healthcare guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare processing standards. Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality benchmarks. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Basic understanding of healthcare terminology, insurance processes, or medical claims preferred. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable working with data entry systems.
