Job Description

As a Process Associate, Content Moderation - Hindi at Genpact, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality by reviewing content and providing resolutions based on prescribed guidelines. Your role will involve recognizing trends and patterns, raising issues in a timely manner, and providing insights to enhance user support. It is essential to have a thorough understanding of processes and policies while delivering excellent customer service. We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be self-starting, intellectually curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position may require working on a 24/7 schedule with rotating shifts, including daily reviews of online content that may contain sensitive or distressing material.
