Process Associate

Responsibilities

• Interact with US customers through various communication channels to provide information and resolve inquiries related to Medicare/Medicaid processes.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid policies, procedures, and regulations to assist customers effectively.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Participate in the intensive 7-day training program and ongoing training sessions to continuously develop skills and knowledge relevant to the international voice process.

Requirements

• Recent graduates with a degree in any field are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Proficiency in using computers and handling various software applications.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Willingness to work night shifts to align with US time zones.
• Flexibility to work in varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
