We re making history and the good news is we ve only just begun Job Title: Process Assistant Location: DEL4 JAMALPUR Summary: Amazon is a highly data driven company highly passionate about its customers. In this context it is vital to ensure the customers always get their orders on time and with quality. The processes at the FCs are largely manual involving large numbers of associates. One of the most critical roles is that of a process associates who mentor/guide the associates towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety & quality in mind. Job Deliverables: Daily Management of shift from Learning perspective: o Direct IB and OB functions o Understand SJIs and follow SOP. o Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety. o Monitor PS queues, and raise Andon in case of any issues o Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - High school or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required - 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
