Job Title: Process Quality Engineer
Job Summary: Are you passionate about process optimization and quality control? We are looking for a Process Quality Engineer to join our team, where youll play a key role in ensuring process excellence at various project sites across India. As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing process implementation, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives on-site. This is a hands-on role that involves working closely with teams to ensure that all processes are followed according to the highest quality standards. If you have a background in Mechanical Engineering and a keen eye for detail, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical industrial projects while growing your career in process quality management. Key Responsibilities: Process Checklist & Tools List Checking: Regularly inspect and ensure that process checklists and tool lists are being adhered to on-site. Ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are in place and meet the required standards. Day-to-Day Process Guidance: Provide ongoing guidance and support to teams on-site to ensure the correct implementation of processes. Help troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to process execution. SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Document Preparation: Prepare, update, and maintain SOP documents to ensure that all on-site processes are clear, efficient, and in compliance with company standards. Quality Control & Continuous Improvement: Monitor processes to ensure that quality standards are maintained and identify areas for continuous improvement. Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices on-site. ¢ On-Site Collaboration: Work closely with site teams, engineers, and management to ensure quality standards are met, identify areas for improvement, and maintain effective communication across all levels. Qualifications: ¢ Educational Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers welcome!) ¢ Skills & Knowledge: o Strong technical knowledge in process management and quality control. o Good communication skills for effective guidance and collaboration on- site. o Familiarity with process documentation, including SOPs and checklists.

o Proficiency in using industry-standard quality management tools and
techniques. ¢ Experience: While prior experience in a similar role is a plus, freshers with a solid technical foundation and interest in process quality management will also be considered.
