Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and develop Operation & Maintenance procedures
Create/update (with the help of SMEs) Worker Assessment documents upon procedure approval
Revise content (with the help of SMEs) as new issues arise and follow-up on change request.
Changes to procedures follow the same process as initial development (i. e. , drafting, classification, review / validation, approval and issuing)
Update procedure revalidation as required
Ensure procedures and assessment documents are accurate, up-to-date and available to the users

Work Experience

Technical Writing Certification is preferred.
MSTP, iSpec 2200, PMeT, Vanguard Editor, FrameMaker
Added experience on illustration tools
PPA Certification will be an added advantage
