Primary Skillset:

The ideal candidates will have strong domain expertise and hands-on operational experience in Private Debt, Credit, and CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligation) products. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end post-investment lifecycle, including trade settlement, drawdowns, repayments, notice processing, and reconciliations, leveraging industry-standard systems like Allvue, WSO, ClearPar, and Markit/S&P.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities for Private Credit and CLO portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Match loan documents via the ClearPar platform and approve transactions for settlement.
• Process agent notices including capital call and drawdown notices, repayments, and interest calculations.
• Coordinate with investment, accounting, and fund administration teams for notice validation and payment, where appropriate.
• Perform periodic loan servicing, reconciliation, and position validation in Allvue/WSO systems.
• Support cash and position reconciliations, pricing validation, and data quality reviews.
• Participate in process improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiatives related to private credit operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Private Debt, Private Credit, or CLO operations within asset management, fund administration, or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of loan servicing workflows, capital movements, and notice management.
• Hands-on experience with Allvue, ClearPark, Markit/S&P, and/or WSO (mandatory).
• Familiarity with fund accounting, loan agency operations, or private markets middle-office processes.
• Ability to interpret deal documentation, notices, and loan agreements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exposure to working with global investment or fund operations teams is preferred.
