Printing Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising printing operations with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Your main duties will include handling manpower, obtaining job approval for printing, achieving production targets, checking quality parameters, and reporting machine and product-related problems to the Production Head. Additionally, you will be required to prepare Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for any issues that arise, verify and sign the printing production register, and ensure timely issuance of raw materials from the store. Knowledge of color sequence for each job, shade matching, and the use of spectro photo meter for delta value calculation will be crucial for this role.
