Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and smart-working Printing & Binding Junior Executive. The ideal candidate should be able to handle daily printing and binding tasks efficiently, maintain quality standards, and support smooth production operations. Good communication skills and the ability to understand tasks quickly are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage printing and binding department.
• Ensure timely completion of printing and binding tasks assigned.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Monitor machine functioning; report issues immediately if any.
• Pack, arrange, and prepare finished materials for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the working area.
• Coordinate with the team/supervisor for workflow and daily production targets.
• Follow instructions and work efficiently under supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic understanding of printing/binding operations is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart worker with the ability to learn tasks quickly.
• Physically fit to handle printing and binding work.
• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
• Good Knowledge of Computer is must.
