Description
As a Senior Designer at EQ, you will be a part of the global team, supporting the U.S.-based Marketing and Communications team. Your main focus will be on creating high-quality digital design solutions to enhance buyer journeys and increase engagement for sales, relationship managers, and U.S. business units through various digital channels. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with U.S.-based stakeholders to understand project objectives, develop creative briefs, and deliver designs that effectively meet business needs. - Design innovative visual assets for digital campaigns, email marketing, social media, and multimedia content. - Manage website content using Umbraco CMS, ensuring design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. - Create engaging slides and designs within Digideck to aid sales efforts and lead conversion initiatives. - Develop concepts tailored to B2B audiences, ensuring alignment with EQ's brand guidelines and stakeholder requirements. - Professionally present creative concepts, iterative designs, and final outputs to U.S. stakeholders. - Produce motion graphics, videos, animations, and high-impact PowerPoint presentations. - Handle multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards. - Keep abreast of emerging design trends and technologies, particularly in digital and motion graphics. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house team. - Proficient in English (verbal and written) for effective communication with U.S.-based teams. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, After Effects, and Premiere). - Advanced skills in PowerPoint and experience in creating visually compelling presentations. - Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work for B2B campaigns. - Knowledge of the printing process and preparing artwork for production is advantageous. - Photography and filming knowledge are advantageous. - Experience designing for marketing automation tools like Marketo and CMS platforms like Umbraco. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous. - Ability to design compelling digital ads for display and social media platforms, ensuring adherence to platform-specific dimension requirements, industry best practices, and performance optimization techniques. - Create cohesive designs for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency in visual identity across channels while tailoring each design to maximize impact and effectiveness specific to the channels unique requirements.,
