Senior Designer
The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in creating dynamic, visually compelling designs tailored to business goals, with a particular emphasis on digital channels, including social media, email marketing, corporate website, and interactive experiences. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical mastery, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across time zones.
Core Duties
- Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders to understand project objectives, develop creative briefs, and deliver designs aligned with business needs.
- Design innovative, high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, email marketing (Marketo), social media, and multimedia content.
- Publish and manage website content using the Umbraco CMS, ensuring design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Create engaging slides and designs within Digideck, supporting sales efforts, pipeline growth and lead conversion initiatives.
- Develop concepts that resonate with B2B audiences, ensuring alignment with EQs brand guidelines and stakeholder requirements.
- Present creative concepts, iterative designs, and final outputs to U.S. stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
- Produce motion graphics, videos, and animations, including developing storyboards and sourcing relevant visual and audio elements.
- Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations and other marketing and communication materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies, particularly in digital and motion graphics.
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
Minimum of 4 years
of experience in a design role, preferably in an agency or in-house team.- Proficiency in
English (verbal and written)
for effective communication with U.S.-based teams. - Expertise in
Adobe Creative Cloud
(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, After Effects, and Premiere). - Advanced skills in
PowerPoint
and experience creating visually compelling presentations. - Experience in video production and motion graphics, including storyboarding and animation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work for B2B campaigns.
- Knowledge of the printing process and preparing artwork for production (advantageous).
- Photography and filming knowledge (advantageous).
- Work on PowerPoint presentations at an expert level.
- Experience designing for marketing automation tools like Marketo and CMS platforms like Umbraco. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS helpful as well. (advantageous).
- Design compelling digital ads for display and social media platforms, ensuring adherence to platform-specific dimension requirements, industry best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Create cohesive designs for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency in visual identity across channels while tailoring each design to maximize impact and effectiveness specific to the channel s unique requirements.
