Job Description

As a Principal Verification Specialist, you will drive discussions on new concepts like 5G, fostering partnerships across groups to enable effective decision-making. You will proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success while seamlessly coordinating with related products and guiding the team toward innovation. You will continuously assess organizational learning needs, introduce transformative approaches, and spearhead revolutionary changes to enhance processes. Additionally, you will develop specifications and guiding documentation to assist R&D from a product, program, and system perspective. You have: 12+ years of Industry experience with B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent Bachelor's / Master's degree. Experience in scripting (Python or Bash) for test automation. Understanding of 3GPP standards for 3G,4G, and 5G packet core networks. Exposure to Continuous Integration/Delivery frameworks such as Jenkins and virtualization technologies (Kubernetes, OpenStack). Experience in Stress / Performance testing. It would be nice if you had: Understanding of Linux-based operating systems Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Develop and execute integration, verification, and automation test strategies for Nokias Serving GPRS Support Node (SGSN)/Mobility Management Entity (MME) / Access & Mobility Management Function (AMF) product (CMM) to ensure high-quality releases. Configure and enhance testbed topologies to assist with accurate customer deployment profiles and successful product testing. Utilize and innovate tools, techniques, and strategies to validate new product features and ensure functionality. Engage with technical experts to drive solutions, achieve milestones, and contribute to product evolution. Solve complex engineering problems across multiple technology areas while guiding team members in advanced problem-solving. Lead technical discussions on emerging technologies (e.g., 5G) and drive key decision-making processes. Identify risks and propose solutions, ensuring seamless engagement across teams and business lines while fostering innovation and continuous learning.
