Your role will also involve developing specifications and guiding documentation to assist R&D from a product, program, and system perspective. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute integration, verification, and automation test strategies for Nokia's Serving GPRS Support Node (SGSN)/Mobility Management Entity (MME) / Access & Mobility Management Function (AMF) product (CMM) to ensure high-quality releases. - Configure and enhance testbed topologies to assist with accurate customer deployment profiles and successful product testing. - Utilize and innovate tools, techniques, and strategies to validate new product features and ensure functionality. - Engage with technical experts to drive solutions, achieve milestones, and contribute to product evolution. - Solve complex engineering problems across multiple technology areas while guiding team members in advanced problem-solving. - Lead technical discussions on emerging technologies (e.g., 5G) and drive key decision-making processes. - Identify risks and propose solutions, ensuring seamless engagement across teams and business lines while fostering innovation and continuous learning. **Qualifications Required:** - 15+ years of Industry experience with B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent Bachelor's / Master's degree. - Experience in scripting (Python or Bash) for test automation. - Understanding of 3GPP standards for 3G, 4G, and 5G packet core networks. - Experience in Continuous Integration/Delivery frameworks such as Jenkins and virtualization technologies (Kubernetes, OpenStack). - Experience in Stress / Performance testing. **Additional Details:** Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed, and cloud networks.
