Principal UPVAID (AYURVEDA)

As the Principal at Upvaid, you will be required to have a D-Pharmacy degree and play a crucial role in overseeing and leading all academic programs to ensure high educational standards. Your responsibilities will include managing daily school operations efficiently, developing and implementing a curriculum aligned with educational goals, and mentoring faculty to promote their professional growth and collaboration. Additionally, you will be expected to foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for students, build strong relationships with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations. Driving school initiatives for student engagement, achievement, and well-being will also be a key part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should ideally possess a Masters degree in Education or a related field, along with prior experience in school leadership or as a Principal. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to plan strategically and manage resources effectively.
