Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging

environment for children.

* Manage academics, daily celebrations, events, and activities in line with the school’s

calendar and curriculum.

* Ensure smooth execution of lesson plans, timetables, and activity schedules as per the

academic planner.

* Supervise maintenance and hygiene of the school premises.

* Use the school’s application for attendance, communications, planning, and operational

tracking.

* Handle staff leave management and scheduling.

* Maintain strong relationships with parents and ensure effective communication.

* Drive admissions and maintain student numbers (currently 40 kids, with scope for

growth).

* Ensure compliance with all Eurokids policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

* Gender: Female (Only)

* Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Center Head / Principal in a preschool or early

childhood education setting.

* Strong leadership and people management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Knowledge of early childhood education best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
