Job Description

As a Principal Technical Specialist, you will lead cross-functional teams, drive technical discussions, and implement enhancements. You will develop large-scale features, tackle ambiguous requirements, and guide teams through new technologies. Your leadership will foster team growth, improve productivity, and communicate technical strategies to both engineers and senior leadership. You have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 to 12 years of experience.

Ability to decompose problems and sequence them in an achievable manner.

Toolchain and Domain experience with Java/JEE ecosystem, Spring Ecosystem.

Experience in data analysis, design, object modeling, and realization.

Knowledge of Network Management principles and emerging technologies and techniques.

It would be nice if you also had:

Ability to decompose problems and sequence them in an achievable manner.

Hands-on experience in development activities such as requirement analysis, design, coding, and unit testing.

Solid and well-balanced individual, able to face high-paced development activity with self-organizing capabilities.

Provide technical support and guidance to a larger, cross-functional team in the completion of projects or streams.

Lead technical discussions to promote enhancements, improvements, and new features beyond your area of expertise.

Shape the technical direction, write key specifications, and leverage expertise in Java/JEE, Spring, data analysis, object modeling, and network management principles.

Own and drive large, complex features with impact beyond your areas of expertise.

Tackle highly complex features, including vague requirements or proof-of-concept (PoC) tasks.

Drive and support team learning in unfamiliar areas, fostering knowledge growth.

Write specifications and other guiding documentation for R&D from a product/program/system perspective.
