Principal Technical Account Representative (TAM) - SAAS/ERP

You will be joining the Customer Success Services (CSS) team as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support organizations in leveraging their Oracle investments for cloud extension. Your role will involve managing service delivery activities for a diverse set of Oracle Products deployed on Cloud & On-Premises. As a TAM, you will serve as a single point of contact between the customer and Oracle, ensuring smooth service delivery through a virtual team of resources. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing priorities and service growth plans aligned with Oracle's Cloud Strategy. - Manage service delivery activities for a diverse set of Oracle Products on Cloud & On-Premises - Act as a single point of contact between customer & Oracle - Coordinate service delivery through a virtual team of resources - Serve as a product specialist and advisor on HCM, collaborating with other teams as needed - Establish priorities & service growth plans for customers in alignment with Oracle's Cloud Strategy - Work on improvement initiatives as required - Good understanding of SaaS SCM and experience in Manufacturing domain knowledge - Strong technical skills in Oracle Database and Fusion Applications - Knowledge and experience in Oracle SaaS-based applications - Understanding of Technical architecture and cloud architecture - Strong customer-facing skills - Ability to multitask, maintain composure in high-stress situations, and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent team player with willingness to learn new technologies and problem-solving skills - Strong organization, detail-oriented, and communication skills - University degree with post-graduate technical or management qualifications or relevant experience - OCI Certified / ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management / PMP As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle values diversity and inclusivity to drive innovation.
