Principal Software Engineer

As an American technology company that is currently expanding its range of technology offerings for enterprise customers, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software according to the company's systems quality standards, policies, and procedures. Your role will involve analyzing business needs and creating software solutions, as well as preparing design documentation and test data for various testing phases. In this position, you will evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions to meet user needs, resolve customer issues with software solutions, and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Collaborating with business and development teams to clarify requirements for testability will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. You will also draft, revise, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts, and execute test procedures according to software requirements specifications. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning, conducting, and leading assignments that may involve moderate to high budgets or multiple projects. Managing user expectations regarding milestones and deadlines, providing training, assigning work, and checking the work of less experienced developers will also be part of your responsibilities. As a technical consultant to leaders in the IT organization and functional user groups, you will be expected to be a subject matter expert in one or more technical programming specialties. Your primary skills in AI/Client, NLP, LLM, Oracle, Cloud, and DevOps (CI CD) will be essential for success in this role.
