Key Responsibilities: - Lead design and development of complex C/C++ systems. - Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers. - Drive architectural and performance improvements across modules. - Collaborate with product and architecture teams for solution design. - Ensure software quality, scalability, and maintainability. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in system-level or application development using C/C++. - Deep expertise in multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning. - Experience leading small technical teams or projects. - Strong debugging and optimization skills. - Exposure to cross-platform development and CI/CD pipelines.
