Provide competitive advantage in performance, cost and quality. Work on C# applications using technology such as WPF, UWP, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), and Entity framework Follow the full design life cycle process including driving efforts in requirements specification, design activities, planning, code reviews and creating corresponding artifacts. Provide complete expert engineering solutions to impactful and high-visibility initiatives and projects. Lead and mentor a team of talented Software Engineers. Promote a collaborative environment and pragmatic engineering decision-making. Build collaborative relationships with key leaders and peers, internally and externally, across the organization.
