Professional Summary: We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer with deep technical expertise in .NET Core and Angular to lead full-stack development projects from concept to deployment. This individual will serve as a technical leader within Agile teams, ensuring best practices in software engineering, performance, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate should be self-managed , proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including onshore stakeholders in Europe . Key Responsibilities: Lead software development teams technically while actively contributing to hands-on coding. Architect and deliver scalable and high-performance applications with robust backend and intuitive frontend. Drive agile processes and ceremonies (MVP delivery, sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups). Own design, code quality, test automation, deployment pipelines, and documentation. Resolve performance issues at both application and database layers. Act as a mentor and guide for junior developers, ensuring adherence to software engineering principles. Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to translate requirements into functional deliverables. Foster a quality-first mindset through TDD, code reviews, and continuous improvement. Core Technical Skills: Backend: .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, LINQ, Entity Framework, XUnit Frontend: Angular 15+ (or later), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Jest Databases: MS SQL Server tuning & optimization DevOps & Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker (basic), SonarQube Architecture Patterns: CQRS, Mediator, Repository Pattern Authentication: JWT, Basic, Windows Auth Other: Agile (Scrum), TDD, UML, SaaS delivery model Preferred Attributes: Strong ownership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and proactively across geographically distributed teams. Experience in regulated environments (Healthcare/Life Sciences preferred). Familiarity with messaging systems, reverse proxies, and basic containerization. Education: BE in Computer Science / MCA or an equivalent technical degree.
