Description
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code independently and with the team. Lead the development team technically, ensure best practices (Agile, TDD, CI/CD) are followed. Actively contribute to planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, demos, and release planning. Participate in and lead code reviews, performance optimizations, and defect prevention strategies. Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams to clarify requirements and remove blockers. Drive agile delivery of MVPs and ensure timely release with quality metrics like defect density and leakage. Maintain project visibility, team accountability, and agile discipline. Technical Skills: Frontend: Angular 15+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Jest. Backend: .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, LINQ, Entity Framework, XUnit. Database: MS SQL Server performance tuning and troubleshooting. Tools & Platforms: Git (PRs, commits, merges), CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube, Docker (basic), Messaging systems, Reverse Proxy. Architecture & Patterns: CQRS, Mediator, Repository, JWT & Basic Authentication. Methodologies: Agile (Scrum), TDD, UML. Preferred Experience: Web and mobile app deployment/maintenance experience. Experience in healthcare or life sciences domain. Exposure to SaaS-based applications and cloud delivery models. Comfort in collaborating with European teams. Qualifications : BE in Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent degree with relevant experience.
