Preferred candidate profile Pharma experience is a must-have. (Mandatory requirement) Exposure to Pharma Hiring in Indian market for all Roles (Mandatory requirement) The candidate should have experience in hiring executive/leadership roles along with medical roles. Exposure to Indian recruitment (Mandatory requirement) Handled leadership hiring Excellent communication the hiring managers would be executives for this role, hence excellent communication and prior experience would be needed. Role & responsibilities This position would also be involved in senior-level medical/scientists. Hence knowledge of the said domain needs to be apt. The responsibilities would be corporate functions/sales, Clinical Research, Medical Regulatory, Medical Affiliation, Medical Development, Principal scientists etc.
