Principal QA Engineer - Routing Protocol Testing- BGP/OSPF/MPLS

You will be working closely with design engineers, marketing, and other test engineers to understand feature requirements and translate them into test cases and test automation. Your responsibilities will include executing testing assignments efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of data networking concepts, including Layer-3 Protocols such as IPv4/IPv6, OSPFv2/v3, IS-IS, BGP4, IGMP, PIM-SM/SSM - Exposure to VxLAN, L2VPN (Pseudowire, VPLS) and L3VPN (BGP/MPLS VPN) technologies - Knowledgeable about product verification methodologies and strategies - Experience in performance and throughput testing - Proficient in using test tools like Ixia, Smartbits, STC, and packet sniffers - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Tcl, and Tk - Experience with Rational ClearQuest or other bug tracking tools - Proficiency in test case management tools like Quality Center Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience - Strong oral and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills,
