Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in business application integrations, ideally someone who has worked at an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) company. This role combines strategic product management with deep technical integration expertiseyou'll drive platform strategy while understanding complex customer data flows and enterprise system integrations to deliver real business value..

You will be the go-to expert for customer data movement across platforms like HRIS, ERP, and identity providers. Your insights will shape how our customers connect their systems and unlock the full potential of their data.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on business application integrations, especially across HR, ERP, and IDP systems.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand data flow expectations and integration use cases.
• Translate customer business requirements into technical integration strategies and workflows.
• Guide engineering teams on integration architecture, data mapping, and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering to build scalable platform infrastructure that supports diverse integration patterns
• Lead solution design sessions with customers, acting as a trusted advisor on integration best practices.
• Stay current with trends in enterprise applications and integration platforms to inform product direction.
• Influence roadmap decisions by advocating for customer-centric integration features and enhancements.
• Experience building and scaling platform products, ideally with marketplace or ecosystem components
• Support pre-sales and implementation teams with technical guidance and solution validation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working at or with an iPaaS provider, with hands-on knowledge of integration frameworks and tools.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Okta, Azure AD, and others.
• Strong understanding of customer data flows, including authentication, provisioning, and transactional data exchange.
• Ability to bridge business needs with technical capabilities and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and solution architects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a consultative mindset.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving customer requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Background in solution consulting, technical pre-sales, or enterprise architecture.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and data transformation tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence without authority.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
