Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead incident management across multiple digital products, ensuring swift resolution and effective communication between internal teams.
• Act as the main coordinator between technical and business teams, planning and managing the support team's scope of work.
• Oversee release activities, including enterprise upgrades, production hotfixes, and platform maintenance.
• Prioritize tasks based on team capacity and ensure alignment of business expectations with delivery timelines.
• Own and drive incident resolution to closure, taking full accountability for results.
• Keep cross-functional and global teams in sync through effective coordination across time zones.
• Provide guidance and leadership to medium-to-large sized teams, promoting ownership and proactive engagement.
• Perform Scrum Master responsibilities, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and demonstrate the ability to learn and apply new tools and concepts quickly.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote best practices in operational support and project execution.

Skills Required:

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, product development support, or project management roles.
• Proven experience in handling incident management and coordinating across multiple teams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of release cycles, hotfix deployment, and operational support planning.
• Effective communicator with experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing or guiding teams.
• Self-driven with a proactive attitude and a high sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Prior experience working in enterprise-scale environments
• Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in product development
