Position: Principal Piping Engineer

Qualification: BE/BTech(Mechanical)

Location: Gurugram

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design & Engineering:

• Lead the piping design for pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences facilities, ensuring adherence to industry standards, local codes, and project specifications.
  
• Provide technical oversight and guidance in the development of piping systems, including materials, pipe sizing, stress analysis, and supports.
  
• Ensure that all design work is aligned with the specific needs of the client and that quality assurance practices are adhered to.
  
• Review and approve detailed piping layouts, isometrics, and fabrication drawings.
  
• Work closely with process engineers to ensure piping systems meet process requirements and operational efficiency.
  

• Project Leadership & Management:

• Act as the technical lead on piping design projects, including coordination with other disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).
  
• Prepare and manage piping engineering deliverables such as design calculations, specifications, reports, and equipment layouts.
  
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  
• Review and ensure that all engineering work is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
  
• Participate in project meetings and client interactions, providing updates on technical progress and resolving any technical issues.
