Job Description

As a Principal Network Engineer at TTEC, you will play a crucial role in bringing humanity to business through your strong practical knowledge in building, maintaining, monitoring, and diagnosing issues for both Network Core Technologies (Routing & Switching) as well as Network Security (Firewalls). Key Responsibilities: - Implement, test, and train new projects and initiatives. - Analyze, design, and develop new LAN/WAN initiatives. - Integrate business systems within the corporate information technology environment. - Develop business cases for new or additional hardware or software. - Coordinate with Management and Technology Managers/Engineers to resolve LAN/WAN issues. - Conduct training and mentoring sessions. - Act as a liaison with vendors and third-party providers. - Create and maintain documentation for all assigned Enterprise network designs. - Project manage complex technical projects and communicate status to Customers. - Manage stressful situations and adapt to rapidly changing environments and requirements. - Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, customer-oriented environment. - Provide exceptional documentation and communication skills. - Collaborate with other teams to build an environment or resolve an issue. - Communicate effectively with individuals at different levels. - Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure using network automation tools. - Automate network operations use cases using tools such as Ansible and Python. Qualifications Required: - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. - 10+ years of experience. - Willingness to travel when required.
