As a dynamic and visionary Principal, you will lead our CBSE-affiliated school in Tamilnadu. You will provide academic leadership, manage school operations efficiently, uphold CBSE norms, and create a nurturing environment for holistic student development. Your responsibilities will include ensuring effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum, supervising quality education delivery, guiding teachers, and promoting innovative teaching methodologies. You will oversee administrative tasks, ensure compliance with CBSE norms, and manage staff recruitment, training, and evaluation. Creating a safe and inclusive environment for students, encouraging co-curricular activities, monitoring student progress, and engaging with stakeholders will be crucial aspects of your role. Building strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community, representing the school in external forums, and organizing outreach initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you must hold a postgraduate degree in any discipline with B.Ed./M.Ed., have a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience with 3-5 years in a leadership role, and possess experience in a CBSE-affiliated school. Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, examination reforms, NEP 2020 guidelines, and school operations is essential. Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required. Proficiency in technology relevant to school education and the ability to work under pressure are also necessary. Familiarity with NEP 2020, international curricula, and school accreditation processes is desirable. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The ability to commute/relocate to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is preferred. A Master's degree and at least 4 years of experience as a Principal are required. Proficiency in English is preferred.
