Job Description

Incident Detection & Response (IDR)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and evolve the Incident Detection & Response roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
Mentor and develop the IDR team; build a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Deploy, manage, and optimize security solutions across cloud, network, endpoint, and email environments.
Lead security monitoring, threat hunting, vulnerability management, forensic investigations, and third-party security assessments.
Serve as the senior escalation point for security incidents, providing expert analysis and coordinated response.
Build internal tools to support security operations and enhance detection capabilities.
Provide security guidance to engineering, operations, and business teams on projects across network, cloud, and generative AI domains.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with strong security fundamentals.
7 - 11 years of experience in Information Security, including 2–4 years leading a security operations team.
Hands-on experience in incident response, digital forensics, and enterprise security infrastructure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with technical & non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proven leadership, people management, and strategic planning capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Programming proficiency (preferably Python); understanding of SDLC and Linux/shell scripting.
Expertise in network/cloud security or generative AI security; relevant certifications are a plus.
