This is a senior role combining strategic fundraising design, advisory delivery, stakeholder leadership, and commercial accountability.As practice lead, you will:

• Architect fundraising strategies for nonprofits,
• Strengthen funder readiness,
• Shape narratives and programme roadmaps for capital raising,
• Build donor portfolios,
• And help organisations unlock philanthropic and CSR capital at scale.
  

This role carries a commercial expectation of 10 Cr in Year 1, with the mandate to build this into a standalone SBU.
