Job Description

Role Overview: Principal Lead Design As a Principal Lead – Design, you would spearhead the design and development of motor systems, ensuring they meet performance, cost, and quality benchmarks. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive innovation and efficiency in product development. Key Responsibilities Design Leadership : Lead the conceptualization and development of motor designs, focusing on actuator motors for automotive applications. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards. Project Management : Oversee design projects from inception to production, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Innovation and Improvement : Continuously seek opportunities to enhance motor performance and reduce costs through innovative design solutions. Compliance and Standards : Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience Educational Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience : Over 15 years in motor design and development, preferably in the automotive sector.
