The Principal IT Pillar Specialist plays a crucial role in analyzing internal and external business issues and recommending optimal solutions. This position involves tackling intricate IT Pillar-related challenges independently with minimal supervision. The specialist may lead functional teams or projects and is recognized as an expert in the realm of IT Pillar. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the current Global Timekeeping landscape and contribute to the integration of Oracle Time & Labor. - Foster relationships with key Corporate Finance users. - Provide support and testing for new Business technology/automation requirements. - Collaborate with fellow support team members to address escalated issues. - Adhere to IT project execution methodology and controls. - Coordinate with corporate functions and IT leadership to align on vision, goals, and strategy. - Update stakeholders on project progress and support status. Essential Qualifications and Education: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT supporting EPCI business applications in a leadership or administrative capacity. - Extensive background in Project Management. - Proficiency in working both as a team member and a team leader. - Comprehensive experience with technical tools like ERP, BI, etc. - Maintain core competencies associated with the IT function. - Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal. - Finance IT subject matter expert with knowledge of Timekeeping systems, General Accounting, Job Cost Accounting, Sub-ledgers, General Ledger, and Close Cycles (month, quarter, year). - Familiarity with Tax, Treasury, Audit, Financial Reporting, Project Accounting, Billing & Revenue is advantageous.,
