Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development of comprehensive geotechnical models and designs for various projects.
Conduct site investigations and analyze data to determine soil and rock properties.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in geotechnical engineering.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of geotechnical principles, including soil mechanics and structural analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as finite element methods and computational fluid dynamics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
