Capable of exercising sound holistic independent judgement and take responsibility and accountability for their own performance and that of junior team members. Supporting the team in geotechnical engineering activities, including coordination, planning, and execution of engineering projects. Work closely with senior engineers and vendors to understand project requirements, analyse geotechnical data, and develop reports with recommendations, including soil profiles, site characterization, and foundation design. Contribute to the design of foundations, retaining walls, slope stability solutions, and other geotechnical structures by formulating appropriate engineering approaches. Support senior engineers in preparing geotechnical reports, recommendations, calculations, and drawings, as well as reviewing technical documents received from clients. Perform basic geotechnical modelling and calculations under the supervision of senior engineers. Assist in managing project design and deliverables, coordinate with the design team, and provide guidance to junior engineers and modelers.
